I usually refer to Sandy as an internet friend, because that’s where we met- on the internet. Somehow we transitioned from stalking each other on Social Workout to being friends in real life. After the many dinner parties, 7am workouts and her (and Jake’s) willingness to be my yoga guinea pigs, I knew we were much more than just internet friends.
Sandy and Jake, your wedding extravaganza was a true reflection of your love and the things you two treasure most in this world. It was amazing to share this experience with you and see you surrounded by so many loving friends and family members. Congratulations and I wish you two a lifetime together of love, laughter and happiness. Hope you like the photos. <3 CJ
The wedding was located on Jake’s family’s farm out in East Alstead, NH.
We got there a few days early to help set up. We took a dip in the lake and lounged around the first day. After that, it was time to get to work.
We dug post holes, put up the tents, picked apples, pressed cider, peeled potatoes, shredded cabbage, painted signs and set up pyrotechnics. In between there was lots of beer drinking, bread eating and a couple of rides on the tractor. Saturday was wedding day!

There was still lots to do and it was great to see everyone so willing to help out.
Time to get ready.
Sunglasses on! Let’s get this wedding started.

Celebrating in true Sandy and Jake fashion with plenty of board games, lots of alcohol, good food, awesome singing and super hip dance moves.
If you know these two, you know there is nothing typical about the kinds of parties that they throw. This wedding was no different. So of course there had to be a 15 minute fireworks show to top it all off.
The fireworks were so close we got pelted in the face with particles.
Venue: Orchard Hill Farm & Breadworks
Everything Else: Sandy, Jake and their family and friends.
